Tajikistan, Kulcha bread

Tajikistan flatbread is very similar to bread that is baked in the tandoor in other countries of Central Asia. It differs in shape, design and pattern, however. Tajik flatbread (kulcha) is Non larger and round with patterns in the middle, a little decorated with black sesame and round, Fatir is a harsh and multilayer of butter dough. Options are multiple here, for example, in Turkmenistan, because bread is cheaper than other products and along with pilaf, it is the main food of the poor.
